Cancellation Policy

We appreciate things happen and where possible we know that you always try to tell us in advance, however we've still had to apply the following cancellation policy to cover costs and losses if cancelled at short notice.


Within 24 hours - No refund on cancellation. 


You can move or change your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment.


After such time in the case of an unavoidable emergency, please text  +447946214313 to re-book for the next convenient, available appointment. 


If running late your appointment can still go ahead, just text or phone  +447946 214 313. In such circumstances, we will aim to give you the full time providing no one is waiting after you, otherwise the session will end on time.


If Esther is running late you'll still receive your full time or a time credit  whichever is preferable.


Workplace Wellness

If there are no convenient slots available, do try to get someone to take your slot otherwise your payment can not be refunded. No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours.
