Earlier I mentioned some mindful meditation activities such as mindful chocolate eating and mindful breathing. Some people can go with their imagination where as others will need guided audio. there is no right or wrong way to meditate, however use the resources on offer in this section if you need scripted guidance.

Ideal for a lunch time session to remind you to eat your lunch slower - Tip use this treat to really connect with yourself and notice how full you feel when you focus on your food.
The body really doesn't know the difference between a real and a perceived experience - tip make the most of your imagination and enjoy the journey, we don't know when we will be able to take an actual vacation for a while.
Ideal for when you start to feel a little anxious or tired and fatigued with work - tip do this a couple of times a day
Ideal for right before bedtime - tip drop a couple of drops of lavender oil onto your pillow
