No one expected this situation to unfold in the way that it has. So I have decided to come up with a survival pack so that you continue to feel supported. I will continue to upload information when I can. I'm also busy in the background making some important changes to the site.
Although this is a temporary event, it creates a large number of health and safety questions. You or many of your staff will not have office style set ups and will have limited space to work in. Dining rooms, kitchen counters, and couches are not conducive to good posture and comfort. With young children or dependants in the home environment, there are huge challenges regarding Psycho Social Issues and employee welfare.
I have been working hard over the last two weeks to give you valuable information to make your lives easier during this perod of upheaval.
To help, I have a range of 8 new temporary home worker templates that are available to you to use right now as part of your communications programme.
These templates cover the following list of home working challenges;
Comfort in the home environment
A personal plan
Separate but to be considered - Home Schooling - Some of the above will also relate to your child/ children.
*PLEASE USE THE PDF VIEWER BELOW TO VIEW EACH TEMPLATE FOR HOME WORKING!
