The Covid 19 outbreak means Esther has had to change the way she practices and has had to implement new strategies to helping to keep you safe.
With over 18 years of experience, Esther has worked with many large companies and has worked with hundreds of individuals experiencing stress related illnesses, sciatica, burn out and sports related injuries.
She doesn't see what she does as a job, rather she gets up everyday to do what she loves.
Whether the venue is in your home or at The Yard, there is a treatment tailored for you.
Esther has also trained in stress management, has a psychology degree, post graduate psychology training and is a meditation teacher.
